I appreciate how Steven is able to remain so present and SO intentional with language… you can see when he catches himself, and sometimes even corrects himself when he doesn’t like the word choice. I respect that so much. I wish I could connect with like-minded Steven followers! There should be an app for all of us to connect as a community.

I believe that this is the real Diary of the CEO. Honestly this format is a lot more like a video diary and I think this is amazing. Great effort and lovely energy input into the world. I have been listening to your podcast at least a year or more...just found them channel, had no clue it existed. This behind the scenes is absolutely fascinating to watch a mature, self reflective CEO, Multi business owner move through life and all the things you have going on. I also love the touches of private or side conversations with famous people, seeing them also be very natural. Never stop this, can't wait to watch ALL the videos to date! ❤

TIP: You should include bloopers or some of the chat before and or after the DOAC with each guest. The little snippet of speaking with Frank Lampard about his holiday and watching him awkwardly walk in to the studio was great

From Turkiye, thank you so much for this video. The earthquakes of February 6th were sadly no surprise, scientists had been warning for years, but the devastation was .... beyond horrific and heartbreaking. While the millions have to rebuild their lives and grief for the loved ones and lives they had, the reality of the whole of Turkiye being an 'earthquake country' makes the situation even more dire. In and around cities/areas such as Istanbul, Izmir, Bingöl, Bitlis, in fact any part of Turkey, devastating earthquakes will continue to happen. So for those visiting, please be aware and make sure you stay in earthquake resilient buildings. Thank you once again to everyone who traveled to the area to volunteer, save human and animal lives and for millions who donated to help the people in need. Teşekkürler 🙏

I am from Hatay, although I live somewhere else, all my family and beloved ones live there. I can't thank you enough for getting the attention to the earthquake region again... We received so much volunteers and support right after the earthquake, but now it is almost forgotten, but more support is needed now as the people are still not living only trying to survive. What struck me the most about this episode was how you use your success to create connections, to link things, people, institutions, to spread 'the word'.. In this episode, 'the word' is not about typical power and strength, but about having courage, becoming strong by acknowledging the 'vulnerability' of loneliness whether it's talking frankly about it to a rapt audience or in the intimacy of discreetly holding hands. The Red Cross initiative sounds fantastic, a simple, direct way to empower those who have lost everything. I think GiveDirectly have a similar ethos. Surely, this must be the way forward. Thank you for another thought provoking episode!

The people who are still suffering shouldn't be forgotten as they will need help for years to come.

What another quality episode. I loved seeing how your mind works in quite a logical, analytical and emotional way too. Seeing you conduct that interview getting to know how that person's mind works and how they will fit into Flight Story, which shows how you are investing in people and believing in them to trust them to do great things. When you said the feeling of helplessness in disasters like the Turkey earthquakes really resonated with me, showing that we all take safety for granted and just because it isn't on the news, shows that the families will continue to feel this devastation for years to come, the suffering still continues even when the news coverage stops. We see in this world the amount of wasted resources, which could be used to help people in need yet people stand by and choose to ignore. Thank you Steven for bringing this to light showing that we need to talk about these issues as it is a human problem, not just a problem to people being directly affected. You just never know what is around the corner and if you were in that situation you would hope someone would help, nevertheless helping people is definitely something we should do. We should be more like help others and stop focusing on trying to take unnecessary things.

I used to work for the Red Cross, and one thing that I found SO important is to give a donation without specification. That way they can use it to help people in the best way possible, otherwise donations can get waisted, sadly. Also, a single family fire is just as devastating to whom it has effected, just as a bigger event. I hope that your initiative to help those effected goes smoothly, 👏.
