@@Treegrow131I think we’re likely to see the stamper nerfs come to this basically. Lower efficiency would probably gate keep it from general meta but I think it will still be “viable” for one tricks.

@@blank_ivysaurI feel like the devs already accounted for this as they didn't want a repeat of launch Stamper. Decavitator has higher ink consumption than Stamper, less range than Wiper, and a ton of startup lag on its charged slash. It's already got weaknesses that can be played around.

Sure, while I’m in s rank as of right now, I’ve found that in a solo q environment you can sneak up BEHIND an opponent and essentially jumpscare them

I've always wanted to do casual competitive Splatoon with people I can actually communicate and bond with, it looks so much more fun than dragging randos through endless C rank. In Splatoon 2, I proudly crawled my way to A rank Towers and Rainmaker solo, but there's something something different about 3 that just... Beats you down.

The mint the only weapon I’ve played and four Starred immediately. From my X rank matches this is how I would rank the mint and charcoal from MY perspective Mint: Rainmaker S+ to X Clam Blitz S+ Tower control S+ Splatzones A+ to S Charcoal Rain Maker S to S+ Splatzones S+ to X Clam Blitz X Tower control B+ to A Both these weapons are strong in turf war too I have never played such an aggressive weapon before it’s amazing

Yeah the decavitator is such a fun weapon I have mint at 4 stars and I’m currently trying to get charcoal at 4 stars i love these swords so much and as a Splatana main it was kinda easy to get the hang of it but I did need to change my gear up a bit for the weapon

As the local Bamboozler Main, I both hate this weapon (Hitbox is stupid) and love it, because watching the hope drain from a Decavitator's eyes as they realize they are stuck in a half-second long animation moving in a linear path as I ready the Pewpew is the most satisfying thing ever. Very fun to cancel them lmao.

nanana it wasn't that I didn't like it. It was that I was bad at it. Especially for a tournament Gotta practice so I'm not bad or inconsistent on Inkjet

Practice and u will get better with the weapon that’s what u should do for any weapon u want to try and main u practice more and more and learn from ur mistakes of when u are losing it always helps to watch ur own replays cause trust me as a splatana main I did struggle a bit with these swords but once u get the hang of it this weapon is so aggressive and so much fun I have mint at 4 stars and I almost have charcoal at 4 stars
