I don't know maine khud ko kaise roka comment krne se but I had thought ki vo positivity work kregi ar mai ab apko result dungi exam qualify krk...but di i failed..yahh i cried, i was in isolation for few days but di there was no negativity & Now i am good. It is Not necessary that Forgiveness will give you peace. Forgiving those who do Crimes against you will diminish your self-worth and you'll feel lower than a doormat. NOT Forgiving is liberating in so many cases.

That's true.. forgiveness is a part of life ... Just forget because if we keep it up in our mind , we can't move on .. their words and act hurt us all the time and disturb our mind .. only the way is to leave them at that time and don't take action because may be they are not in a state understanding your feelings.
