Please, please! This women had a stroke, not a massive stroke but a mild to medium brain blockage, where a sudden loss of oxygen fail to flow. These so-called Dr. Over there are not doctors but rather people claiming to be medical professionals, and they get away with it. There are no legal broad of medicines, no government regulations as to practice medicine throughout such nations in Africa. I can go over there right now and say that I am a doctor and before you know it I am in control.
