Ingredients
2 fish (mackerel).
30 ml of oil.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Black pepper.
1 teaspoon of paprika.
Lemon juice.
2 cloves of garlic.
Brush the fish with the sauce.
2 onions.
Oil.
Grate 1 carrot.
Salt and pepper.
1 teaspoon of tomato paste.
1 teaspoon of sugar.
150 ml of water.

Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180°C/356°F.
