I've been looking for something to do with my left over Ramen noodles. I use the season packets that come in Ramen Noodles as if they were bullion type packets for other dishes. I'm ashamed to admit I always throw away the noodles. This looks good but also it looks like a lot of work. I thought the whole idea of eating Ramen is because it's a quick meal and requires minimal work. Something perfect for Bachelors and Students that don't have a lot of time or knowledge in the kitchen :) However, you have given me some great ideas for using the noodles. Such as: I can use the noodles for Spaghetti type dishes or Pasta Salads..... I'm going to try it! Waste Not, Want Not! Thank You so much!!

The first part when she put all the vegetables in the pan and let them cook, we call that dish Sataraš where I live and it's very good combined with goat's cheese but when she started adding ramen and the huge load of mozzarella and fine herbs I essentially got sick to my stomach even though I just ate breakfast...
