Today we are chatting about the things I have learned and experienced with my bald head that I wish I knew before hand. I have been rocking a buzz cut since 2015 (besides the 2 months I decided to grow it out into to twa) and I have loved every minute of it.
If you are considering doing the true big chop and shaving your hair off completely or have already done it and have not yet gone into the world or are just curious to hear about my experience, this video is for you!
Side note: I apologize for the editing and music. It is not what I wanted it to be but I did not have time to re-film or re-edit the video so I hope they don't distract you too much!

I shaved my head again 2 days ago. This look is veeeery rare here in Russia and it brings me 90% more attention then it was before. I wish to bring the idea of freedom to Russian people. But first of all I made it for myself, to feel like myself! And as I did 2 years ago I enjoy every moment of having no hair now. Aaaand all of my friends were very interested and supportive about my decision. Everybody who knows me were super excited and positive except for my mom. She’s so pissed she even avoids me and doesn’t talk to me at home. I hope she’ll understand one day :/ Ladies! You are beautiful and your hair doesn’t make you being you. Embrace your beauty and it’ll bring you lots of confidence✨

Someone touched my hair (yrs ago) when I had hair… It was creepy. Someone was curious about kinky hair. Happened so fast I didn’t know how to react. It’s a different ballgame now. As an old person I do not have a problem expressing myself. “Don’t touch me, period”. ❤ ‘d this video. Thanks.

When I shaved my head in 2014 my confidence went way, way up! I felt so powerful! I still wear wigs but I love myself and feel good about myself when I'm not wearing a wig. I love my shaving it and when I do, I feel that renewed sense of clensing and confidence. Great video! I love it!

I know it sounds weird but I shaved my head because I felt like my super thick hair was getting in the way. I mean as a like I just didnt like taking care of it because it was so thick and annyoing. I also shaved it so I can focus on my life and other things than worry about my hair everyday. I also shaved it because I wanted to love myself for who I am regaurdless. I didnt want to look pretty or think i am just bc i have ong hair so i cut it so i can love myslef natrually it feels good when u shave ur head u gain a lot of confidence and it just feels so good and freeing to have all that thick course hair off ur head and u dont have to worry about doing it all the time and stuff

I just cut off all my relaxed hair and now am natural. I'm lovin it. I know I'll have critics that will say negative comments but I don't care about that. I love me and that's all that matters. Your hair is very beautiful. It fits you completely.

Great tips and know that you are beautiful. I’ve shaved my head in the Army and got in trouble but that died down quick once i told the Drill Sergeant my hair got in my way of training and shooting expert at the range. He respected me after that along with my peers. Gotta love confident and sassy girls that knows what they’re doing and don’t need a man to feel validated, cause hell no we don’t!!! We know our shit.

I can so relate to all of this! I shaved my head for the first time last October (really low cut) and loved it! I then decided to try the "grow out journey" in December. Here we are in the month of March and my hair has started to feel like a burden. Long story short: I'm going back to wearing my hair short next week. I don't think I'm going to grow it back anytime soon.

Thank you so much. Great video! I like the part where you said you don’t need a reason to shave it. Every time I tell someone it is because I simply want to they say that’s not a good enough reason. Chrystian Allure grown out a short pixie (anove my eyebrows) to chinlength bob in like half a year and i am finally past the mullet part💪😭 my plan is to get a side shave/ undercut, let my hair grow a lil longer n wait til the shaved part has grown like 1 or 2 cm and then shave the rest of my hair to that length😂

I cut my hair a good 3 or 4 months ago (i didnt shave it just cut it down into a tapered kind of style) and my confidence went all the way up. I wish i could have cut it off back in high school 😂 im planning on cutting it shorter since its getting long again

(Yes I realize this video was posted years ago but I’m still gonna comment) I have wanted to shave my head for awhile now, probably a few years, and I’ve always felt like my head is too long, my forehead is too big, I’m too ugly, and so on. But the more I watch videos like this the more I don’t care about that. I’m also glad you didn’t wear makeup cause I feel like whenever girls post videos like this they wear a ton of makeup and their look isn’t accurate so thank you ❤️

Just do it if that’s what you want or need to do. I’m old as dirt and have gotten compliments from men (young men at that) . I was surprised. And yes they were very respectful. But it’s not about anyone else liking or disliking your new look, it’s all about what you decide to do for you. You do not need anyone’s validation or approval. You’re only young once on this side of eternity. .. just saying.❤

I love ur reasons on y u cut ur hair....i hv been wearing my hair like urs for years and I love it but I will time to time grow it out to get a different short style. Recently I have let it grow out because i moved about 2hrs away from the one n only female barber I love n trust cutting my hair. I have just clicked on this video and like to say thank you I have shaved my head for the first time and bleached it blonde 😅more attention 😅but when you mentioned change your wardrobe to a more feminine ascetic my head when ding ding as that is part of my ascetic I love dresses maxi midi mini it just depends on my mood suiting stunning tailored clothing again depends on my mood. I had my hair in braids and I did not feel connected to them as I usually would, they felt heavy and irritating I was scrolling through my Pinterest and tapped on one of my saved pictures and it was of a stunning woman honey blonde and it just resonated this was a Monday at work by Sunday the braids were out by two weeks it was shaved and blonde but saying all that I knew that my wardrobe will be even more elevated because this look is so unexpected in how I dress 😊

Ingrid Moraes i have a fairly curvy body but BAM a guy shirt and a pixie cut and suddenly old ppl think i'm a guy😂😂 it's not bad though, they take the hit when you correct them so it's not rly that embarrasing for you. If someone calls you a boy, just say "i'm a girl though" it isn't hard and it gives for a good story. I think it's mostly about facial features though, or way of moving etc. At least for me, i get such a rush when drastically cutting my hair so when i went from like shoulder length to a pixie i was so excited and happy about for like.. one or two weeks? It was amazing

That is true a lot of people are going to feel opiononative on your hair and tell you how you feel. Like my friends were like should of never cut your hair and stuff. They were also saying I looked better with long hair and that I should grow it out so I can get a boyfriend and stuff. They claim this because guys go for girls with long hair and stuff

I just shave mine off and went bald , because of chemical damage... I had cut my hair last year back in November , but I didn’t shave it this low. I’m kind of sad😞

I like the ease of shaving my head but I look like a boy... I do not have strong feminine features and easily look masculine. Which is not the look I am going for. So I keep it long on top and buzzed on the sides. Gonna try shaved designs soon

+++ about wardrobe! First time I shaved my head, i felt the need to dress more feminine. My style gone through changes. Stress comes with every new haircut, and I have to explore my closet. Now I shaved my head for the second time. I don't like to look too feminine. And now, when I look not too feminine, I accepted my body, because my masculinity and femininity balanced. So happy! Didn't know I'm THAT BEAUTIFUL
