The key to any success in any job or career is persistence and going forward when you want to quit. Those that persist normally get to the top. Many of actor and writers went thru hundreds and thousands of rejections before they got the big break. The 20 year over night success is what they call it. 20 years of small parts before they make it. big.

Sold and bought 6 homes. I never expected my Agents to sell a house. I expected the house to sell itself by being in good shape, and as good as shape as possible. I expect Agents to do all the paper work and make sure the transaction gets done. Thats all.

I hear ya...all I can say is that hiring the right agent really does matter. You can have the most amazing house but if you have an agent that doesn't know what they are doing it could cost you money...and/or leaving money on the table. Negotiations are very important. I do agree the house should sell itself, but being on the other side of the equation, you'd be surprised how important it is to have a trusted agent on your team.

@@AudraLambert thank you, and I have been addicted to your videos for the last four or five days but every time you made the comment not to use a new agent, it made me cringe. Lol and I understand when you say that you’re protecting the public. But I’m one of those real estate geeks that want to know everything, so I guess I just see myself going above and beyond to be a great agent and when I hear you say that, it’s hard to swallow. Lol but I definitely see eye to eye with a lot of things you say. Your personality is a lot like mine… and I’ll continue to watch your videos. I’m just hoping I don’t have to hear that too many more times. 😝
