As an AJ fan, I’ve come to the conclusion that AJ ruined British boxing and created a myth. He didn’t change British boxing unfortunately, in fact he made it worse until Ruiz ended the hype.

This was the best interview ive seen of AJ in recent. Overall I think AJ saw that you were genuine and wanted to open up a bit more during this interview. Keep up the great work on your end as an interviewer, I m loving it all from Brooklyn NY. Lastly glad AJ came out of his comfort zone and went on the hunt in the US, this reminds me of Rocky when he was trying to rebuild himself back to champion.

I’m glad Angel Fernandez isn’t a part of the camp.. while I do like Angel Fernandez he seems like a decent guy he’s just not experienced enough to train or coach AJ.. it was big mistake to let Angel to be the head coach for the Usyk rematch.. especially when you have Robert Garcia.. but I’m excited to see what Derrick James can show and bring to AJ and I wish both fighters the best luck! Because he’s deliberately avoided the best in the division in Fury and Wilder, plus his insulting racist comments against white people. Many of whom have paid very good money to support him and make him the wealthy man he is today. Throw in the fact he’s never been that good. He achieved what he has from brilliant and careful match making from Hearn. Of course nobody expected one of the most obese out of shape fighters ever in Ruiz to beat him up so badly, it’s finished him.

with all due respect, it would 🤣 he could sell out wembley fighting my postman, hes got the biggest following in boxing when it comes to numbers (by a mile) think Fury is the cloest to AJ when it comes to followers and fans and AJ still has almost 3x more, he has the highest PPV nunbers of any current heavyweight (by a mile), he may be have limited ability but nobody can doubt he is the biggest ticket seller in the game.

I think by the Povetkin fight in 2019 AJ started to stop selling out & even stub hub & comps didn’t help. AJ will only be involved in a sell out now as the B side to fury or wilder.

@@petersmith8037 Yet he just fought Usyk twice who has a relatively small following compared to the likes of AJ fury and Wilder and both Usyk AJ fights sold more PPVs than any of the Fury v Wilder fights lol. they might be tuning in to see AJ lose but either way theyre still runing in, prettt sure AJ has done 1m+ PPV buys in 6 of his last 7 fights

Wishes it was Wembley? Has he even sold out the O2? Get him in the ring with Joyce, Fury or Wilder and the British fight fans will fill up Wembley. After getting slapped around twice by Uysk, it’s hard to get excited by Franklin, or no hoper Whyte. AJ, is arguably the 3rd best heavyweight in the UK.
