Re: purchasing a $40/month health club membership, try for a month or three and see how you like having to get dressed and drive to exercise. Compare to walking at a park nearby, alternating with working up a sweat at home and gardening with Papa Tony and with Michelle. Not sure if she started a garden this year, though, as she did last year. You obviously do not need to lose weight, as evidenced by your beautiful figure and by your doctor’s last evaluation that you’re actually underweight. Walking as cardio has sooo many benefits. I highly recommend it.

Hell MJ. I did went to the gym 2 or 3 times a week and it helps out. I lost a lot in 2 months. It's worth it. I did it for 6 months and I kind of stop. But I hope it will work out for you. You can do it.❤

I always liked exercising alone without depending from others,tey to run or walk outside or exercising from youtube,try different things and do this utlist 3-4 times the week,stop fried food and reduce sugar and carbs like flour etc, especially on dinner,eat your fruits all the day except night and you will see a lot o changes on your body,mom of 4 hear😅

A gym membership is worthwhile. In Australia, it costs 2-3 x min wage hours per month. So $50-$75 AUD per month, which is 2-3 hours work. So it’s worth it because as you said once you get there you are automatically motivated. And you can do cardio workouts too.
