You're not alone, buddy. I'm still trying to recover from a 6 year old relationship that unfortunately came to an end, almost went homeless because I got robbed twice, my grandma in the hospital coughing blood all day and she's the only family I have. We must stay strong and find a greater purpose in life. We need to stop being concerned with things that we don't have and start to develop the things that we still do. Don't let depression overtake you, we're better than this 💪

Dude feeling your emotions is a good good sign. You got this. Don't get swallowed by emotions but feel them and move on. I randomly cry for no reason. Your pain hurts to see but life isn't always painful - just feels like it now. Just bc you feel something doesn't mean it's true. Much love
