Ive gotten to that level of body fat naturally and it’s so hard to not lose your mind. You are constantly hungry, mad, your energy is low and you dont want to deal with people. I am not a bodybuilder, never will be, but at 50 you motivated me to go to the gym to take care of myself and I am already ripping the benefits. Mostly your personality and motivation are infectious, and respect for your peers older or not. I had never been interested in bodybuilding because of a bro attitude I was judgemental about, but your attitude got me hooked right away. Clapping and dancing is fine to me :P Thank you for making me healthier, now I get it and am looking forward to my next session.

Legitimately one of the coolest journeys to watch. You were one of the first RU-vidrs I watched who low key pushed me to get back in the gym after a long time away. I mean placing 2nd, 1st and top 5 is like winning. Like even you "only" won one competition, noone can talk shit or deny that you pushed yourself hard. What you did is respectable and I think we can expect even more of you (If you even want to keep pushing yourself).
