I used this last year and so far so good. I did notice that it didn't store well, there was scummy bits on the bottom of the container that didn't mix back in when I went to use it a few months later. It says that it's good for a year after mixing. Thee was a little bit of warping at the top of the joints on a few boxes, but nothing that couldn't be corrected.
Hello I got a one gallon pack last year 2022 an with that I have done around 40 or more boxes plus tops bottom an a lot of other parts an still have a little left over . Yes it does take a while for it to turn darker. Also what I have noticed to me it looks like it opens up the wood grain some . I have thought about now doing a wax dip or now painting them with the wood opening up or maybe going back an doing another dip . Well with all that said I am not seeing no rotting so I guess it is ok . Good luck.
hey David, thanks for the comment, I actually have been going back and painting, although I am not going to say it was ecowoods fault I had some boxes starting to separate that I used ecowood on so Ive had to repair a bunch.
