They are not honest. They just hate seeing her feel good about herself. So they had to do whatever it takes to either directly or indirectly convince her that she is freaking ugly. Even though she's not ugly at all. There's lots of such people in my school too. Negative people who cannot bear to see others of the same gender happy about their own skin, lolol.
@@yaiij Good siblings don't put down one another, or feel really irritated when your other siblings feel great about themselves. Only negative siblings do that. But most teenagers in school can be quite angry and negative at times, if I remember. So I guess you could call their negative behaviors "normal" too.
@@zanaros2606 totally agree. I've had toxic relationships like this in the past. Whenever I shared my happiness or felt good about myself, my negative friend would judge me with a hostile attitude and constantly try to convince me that I wasn't good enough. Real friends might laugh at you in a joking manner, but with Emily and Erika, it was obvious that they were genuinely annoyed and kept telling Evelyn that she was ugly (I have a sister too, and if she did this, I would laugh so hard, but I wouldn't make a 🙄 face just because she was feeling good about herself.)
