I Wore Barefoot Shoes for 4 Years 

In this video I talk about my experience wearing barefoot shoes for the past 4 years. I didn't want to go into too much detail about benefits, etc, because there is already so much information out there. I just wanted to give my honest opinion and talk about why I like them, but at the same time, think that barefoot shoes are not necessarily as good as everyone says.
