What is a rancher’s life like? What do ranchers do all day for work? Growing up in the suburbs, I had never really been around many animals, or even learned how to really take care of other animals. So to clarify, no part of this video was typical for me. This was nowhere near any comfort zone of mine. In this video, I spent a day working as a ranch hand on an all sustainable cattle ranch in northern Montana. Thank you to Brian and Karla for taking part in this project, and showing all of us here on RU-vid what Blarney Heights Farm is truly all about.

This was so cool Ate Haley! I grew up on a Native American reservation and ranch life is similar, except a lot of the reservation is without running water & electricity. I would love if you did something featured on Indigenous lands/way of life in the US, after Covid settles enough (we still have a lot of Covid issues)! I am continuing to love the content! Ingat!

I grew up in Montana. It is a kind of paradise. My filipina wife will never leave. I found the Philippines a very nice and beautiful place. Hope to spend some time in both places for retirement.

As i watch this video of yours feels so amazing as if i was also inthere with you. I got this feeling of at home. I really love the content and how you interact with animals and the nature. Very very wonderful to see and to watch. Very educational.. And i would say hands up to all the ranchers like the owners in there. I could clearly see how they love what they're doin. Vegetarian here. My dogs (4) all get homemade dog food and I encourage other dog parents to stop giving commercial food. If I move to N MT , I will definitely purchase meat and bones from this ranch. Great video and ranchers are such hard working wonderful people.

Hi Haley, the rancher just went easy on you, usually they have a lot of heavy job to do and a lot of time were likes 24 hours job. fence down you have to take care right away, horses broke out the fence and you must go chase them back, even 2 or 3 am, repair fence posts, hay field pick up hays, pick up horse feeds, call for veterinary when horses got injury or deworming.......etc. when i was kid dreaming become cowboy and end up become horses slave, but that was fun, when i think back then. Haley it's a good video for people to watch what ranchers are doing and how hard they are working ! good video and very good job!!!!! love from HI.

If you asked me the last thing I thought I’d ever see you vlog about, being a cattle rancher would’ve been up there. I know you work out, but I imagine you worked muscles you don’t normally. And I bet you slept really well that night. My good friend grew up there, and I spent a weekend in the ranch with him at his parents house. Hard work, but great food and amazing company!!!!
