I wrote a poem about being caught in the storms of life and here it is 👇 

Shaking expectations, beliefs and realities
A reminder of the transient nature that must be accepted.
To deny it is to live in misalignment with how things are.
My heart has felt the shakes of change.
Craving stillness but fearing being stuck.
My soul is crying yet smiling
Constant movement is beguiling but no matter how fast I move the waves still catch me.
As I close this chapter of life, these memories will hold in the freckles and wrinkles I carry with me.
I don’t have an answer.
Tomorrow is an uncertainty.
But for now, I’m grateful for the journey. I’ll dance even with blisters on my feet.
