Фпс не настолько высокий, потому-что он еще и записывает экран и все происходящее. Реальные показатели будут на немного или же много выше.

any reason gta5 was hitting like 0-10 fps when u were using the jet?

beecause he reached the game engine fps which is 187 fps when ur gpu can get more fps than that the game starts to lag

Depends on what you can score one for. You can find 2070 supers for 400 us rn and 3060 tis are still 600
