Ｈi Iam, this is my first time ever gave any feedback on any social media. First of all I want to say thank you for sharing your story n your gift to this fallen world. I am a indigenes Taiwanese (I hope you’ve heard this country), your voice have been waken up n refreshing my soul… I believe God gave you this talent and a good teacher to walk with you-your dad. Just feel like I have to let you know, every time I heard your singing, it encourages and comforts me . Also brought a lot of memories when I was in Vanuatu for a ministry trip. Honestly, it is been tough years for me, I always say to my husband I felt “defeated”… my faith was tested so hard…. But as you came out on the stage with Monsters in one random evening(Taiwan time)…. I felt the touched of God and allowed myself to let my emotion out. You have no idea how I am thankful to God for you.
So many of us are pulling for you during this year's American Idol. But even bigger than tha my young brother I hope that you somehow and in some way are able to understand how much of an impact you are having on us out here. You're helping people remember their loved ones who have gone before us. You're helping some of us get back to the reminder that doesn't matter what we're going through that God is so big he can carry us. You're helping people remember their past and their love for music that they have somewhere along the road lost. You're joining American Idol doesn't have to be in the process we don't have to know the outcome but I just want you to know that I desire that you had in your heart to make your dad proud is already happening. Don't stop. God is with you. So is your dad.
Thank you, God, for blessing us with this phenomenon named Iam Tongi who spreads love, light, peace and camaraderie amongst humanity. I don't define myself as a Christian; but this has been one of my favorite songs since I was a child. I'm in my forties, now. And this guy does it complete justice. First came across I AM Tongi's songs on "The Voice", or maybe it was Brittian or America's Got Talent or maybe American Idol. In any case, love your voice man. Keep doing what you do.
