I reckon now that the long running legal dispute which prevented the Roses being able to record after their debut album was a deliberate spoiler. They feared the Roses might become a truly huge act outside their control. They might have done it, too. Once the social engineering people got Britpop going, they let the Roses out, but by then musical taste had moved on & the band’s lack of coherence after such a devastating gap couldn’t be bridged. Genuine affection for all the band from each member, but Ian and John got on each other’s nerves (they’re both extremely unusual people, starkly talented too). ❤❤❤

Thank you Ian. So very few can see what's really going on, even less have the balls to actually speak out. Its Magic when its a famous musician who still to this day keeps with his integrity. If only the rest of the artistically talented people in this world were the same. Well…… I think we can all agree Ian was right on all of this and wasn’t a “nutter” I thought it would have taken years for this to come out and we already know the lie after just a couple of years.
As soon as the BLM protests were left to it i.e thousands in a park side by side, yet to get bread and milk we were queuing up, wearing masks, and following marked chevrons on a shop floor, I knew it was a farce.
