@AManHas NoName lol, you’re clearly not familiar with a concept called good genes. Maybe he did have a facelift. What do I know? But my mom is 45 and doesn’t have a single wrinkle yet. My grandma was the same. not a wrinkle til she was 52. That’s when she started getting crows feet. Now she looks like a normal 73 year old but she wrinkled very late. It’s a genetic thing. They didn’t even take good care of their skin other than avoiding too much sun exposure. I’m 25and everyone thinks I’m a teenager when they first meet me and are surprised when I say I’m married because they expect me to be under 20. Such a thing exists as people looking actually younger than they are. It’s not that common but it’s not nonexistent either.... also Ian somerhalder doesn’t look younger than he is. He does have some wrinkles and he looks his age. I just don’t think he had work done but we can all assume whatever we want.

It’s funny, I didn’t pay attention to him on Lost, although I liked his character. It wasn’t until vampire diaries that I really fell for him. I think he did some plastic surgery to bring his ears back, which has improved his appearance 100 fold. He’s really a brilliant guy and cares about the planet which is the best part of him.
