Just a suggestion for the channel: I think it would be better to only have 1 channel with the full shows and short clips. There are other channels that I'm subscribed to that have the short clips on the Videos section and the full shows on the Live section. It's much easier to have both things in the same channel. You could fuse this channel with the other one (H3 Podcast) and have everything in only one channel.
