IAS doesn't mean showing your power on common people but it's means showing your power to those people who sitting in power like politician and big mafias
I find it ludicrous how these Officers yell at common people for petty mistakes, but won't take action when they see politicians or other people in power performing harmul deeds in the society.
Well someone has to start bottom up... If the common man does not improve then the higher ups are certainly not going to, the buck stops and starts with the common man.
If rank doesn't matter then, I think she could also be scolded by someone at the middle of of the road, today because of her rank and position, the whole world is respecting her ,and she is scolding others for doing mistakes.

The comments here are just so mean. And for the people who are saying that she's shouting on a poor man, just open your eyes and look at him! He doesn't look poor from any angle. They are civil (servants) . I don't know why people glorify them although they are just doing their duty to serve public interest. This system of civil services was given to India by Britishers at the time to administer Indian states mostly for their selfish gain, and it is still in practice to some extent.
Home ministry should take action against this IAS for posting her such videos on social media..she must understand that she is not heroine but civil servant who gets salary for discharging her duty..

I don't know about her but most people want to become a civil servant so that they can demand respect, ride in government car, have bodyguards and flaunt around. There are only few civil servants who are humble, dedicated, true to their promises and serve the people

Civil servants should not publicise their own image...its against Civil service ethos and standards of conduct for public servant...they are not a political party
