Good training. Keep it up. Sir, is it correct to say that: 1a) if A acquires 20% - 50% of B, then B is Associate b) If less than 20% then B is simple or ordinary investment or investee company c) if 51% above, then B is a subsidiary. 2) I want to know if you have Lecture packs for sale for all your online lectures.

You are correct. Exactly 50% is a joint venture. It will be solved in the same way with associates. I didn't have materials for sale but I intend to write soon

Very interesting sir & well explained. But generally am confused, why do we have IAS and IFRS separately and not one of the two since it is the same IASB that issues the standards. What is the difference?

IFRS intends to replace the IAS. You could notice some numbers in IAS have been scrabed. IAS is used where the new IFRS have not been issued to replace it
