Love this channel..Sir please i have a question .Please i didnt get the part on revaluation loss for the first time,i thought it could just be expensed under the period of review, but i heard you say it should be under the income surplus acc under retained earnings and later when there is a gain,it can be offset... Its not clear to me .Can you please throw more light on that?
