I have seen many IAS officers in Tamilnadu. There are no such scene creating. They will just come and go like other officers. But the respect for IAS officer will be always special
@@Dev-ky7mn DM and SP are considered to be of the equal ranks but it varies state to state. In some states they put DM with DIG rank IPS officer. In some they are equal.

This country needs more technocrats than bureaucrats, people of this country should dream to become like Sundar Pichai, Satya Nadela, those who have made what India today. Sadly, civil services have not been able to take this country even one inch towards development. They onle made common man's life difficult through bureaucratic red tapism. The law only allows maintaining status quo. Any extra tinkering over and above service rules and procedure brings immediate action from seniors, so junior administrative officer chose not to use any discretionary power. This is a fact that even small pvt enterprise executives do not face. It's sad but true.

I don't know whether it is real or movie shoot , if it is real then the officer should be proceded with disciplinary action for displaying this for publicly to demonstrate his position of junior level IAS Cadre. Whether it is noted by the state government is not known. I think this video should be blocked immediately for it encourages indisçpline.
