I heard first tym this type of interview..it was really motivatalbe speech and clear explaination what actually she did...most of the people exaggerate for hide their omission but she has told the truth which is complimentable. And i would like to thank for showing the actual image of prepration

Honestly, IAS is the most coveted service in India and perhaps one of the toughest exams in the world. I think by qualifying the IAS exam she has proved her mettle. I am seeing a lot of people criticising her in the comments but it is very easy to criticise someone instead of seeing the tremendous hard Work he/she must have done to reach this level. And yes what alternate innovative system can any one suggest other than the current bureaucracy. You cannot typecast a whole fraternity because of one or two bad cases. Indian bureaucracy is the backbone of the Indian governance. Imagine India being run by goons and illiterate politicians instead of highly qualified, intelligent and efficient bureaucrats who are the real executives because they are permanent bureaucrats. So please learn to appreciate instead of finding flaws in everything. UPSC is all about being positive
