Hello. Let's say, the auditor has a finding and a legitimate nc classification related to that finding. Is it okay that the auditor doesn't raise a nc, if the auditee provides required positive audit evidence by the end of audit? In your video, the auditor accepts not to raise a nc if the auditee provides the OEE calculation (assume, this would be a nc) by the end of audit, although the organisation doesn't have a process for calculating OEE. (Again, please don't write to me that OEE is not a mandatory requirement. I know it. I want to focus on another issue in this comment) Thank you for these very very useful videos gentlemen.
Hello, if the auditor had open audit trails and was waiting evidence, as long as the organization can provide the evidence by the closing meeting this is okay. However, I want to clarify that the organization cannot take any corrective action to address a nonconformity during the audit.
