A hollow body jazz guitar with some interesting sounds and overall satisfying playability. Aesthetically it isn't to everyone's taste, in fact I feel it to be a bit soulless and lacks a 'woody' feel. This one has a vibrato and gold effect hardware, so its got a showy style as befits for example Rockabilly music. Please subscribe and do check out the many other reviews on this channel. I have the exact same guitar, same color. Paid less than 300. dollars for it and it came with a hard shell case. I couldn’t pass it up when I saw it. I think it sounds great straight through an old tube amp and it plays really well. I’ve had bigsby guitars and I’m not a fan, but this one stays in tune relatively well. This is my first hollow body guitar and I love it! No need to spend thousands. For what it is I think it can’t be beat. Nice review.

I have the 2017 version of this guitar, which has a few different but unimportant differences in the specs. I have changed the strings from the round wound 10's that came with it, to a set of .011 gauge Thomastik-Infeld Flat wounds. That alone made the most improvement. I also upgraded the p/u's (but didn't need to) and replaced the harness with full size pots and wiring. But it was always a good sounding guitar and I know at this point that it is one of the ones staying with me until the end.

Pleasant review of a nice guitar! Very useful tips along the way that of course applies to other instruments as well. The title of the video perhaps a bit limiting since, as you have demonstrated in your playing, the guitar is more than a jazz box.
