This is my practice guitar. It's not too loud and the action was great out of the box. I can't bang on the Taylor at 10pm with the neighbors. I use to use the Fender Stataccoustic for the same reason. I like the playability of this one better you get a little more sound. it looks Boss too. I have it in Brown

I played this guitar at a local GuitarCenter and was pleasantly surprised. The action and general playability was excellent. I also play bass guitar and my callouses are extra thick. I have an old 6 string Ovation that has narrower nut, so my callouses interfere when playing an open standard “E” chord on the Ovation. When I saw how compact the Ibanez was I thought playability would be similar to the Ovation but that wasn’t the case, playability on this guitar was superb, fat callouses and all... LOL. I have a Martin GPCPA1 performing artist guitar. Always wanted a Martin, but I haven’t been totally satisfied with playability. The nut is 1-11/16 which is one of the widest. I have average size hands, so the test is always a first fret barred “F” chord. The Martin went for around $3300 and it sounds very good, but the Ibanez for around $200 sounds and plays great for the money.

Just got one after a handful of reviews I gathered.... perfect for what I was looking for and willing to pay....I do have some nice charvels and Gibsons ....my first in a long time acoustic and never acoustic electric it's killer I totally recommend it..... action not like my charvels but I won't change it anytime soon maybe a tiny turn of the trust rood if ever necessary.... Intonation surprisingly on point this guy came better setup than a few Gibsons and charvels.... proud purchase

Just played this. On sale for $169 right now. Really did feel great. Very jangly but not thin sounding. Didn’t plug in, just acoustic and thought the sound was very decent for the price. Action was low. I did notice the tuner slip every so often. That would definitely need to upgraded.

I thought it sounded good and I love the size and shape. I like learning songs on acoustic but most play electric.

Have you found a sound hole cover for this model or am I supposed to expect a regular silicone one to fit in there?? I've seen the more expensive models with a different shape or no sound hole... yet no special covers are out there... trying not to just make one...

This may be a dumb question but just ordered one for my 12 yr old son, What kind of hard case will this fit in? The shape is odd and wasn't sure a regular acoustic case would work.

It's so hard for me to choose between this one and V70CE. To me TCY10 has a better look but somehow sounds annoying from all review videos on it so far I have watched

Very cool playing style! You are an excellent guitarist. I like the way that guitar seems to have a little of that smaller bodied instrument sound in places. Seems to sound best with chorus, would be a good busker /looper guitar or even as a dedicated nashville or a raised b tuned guitar.

i have one in white. I really dig it and gig with it, but recently the pickup died. trying to find a proper replacement has been a pain. Finally contacted Ibanez and they said they will ship me one.

How was the action right out of the box? I like the thin acoustic guitars & for the extra $150.00 being this is made in lefty it's something I'm interested in but it all depends on the action.
