Single stage IBC washing machines are Ideal for low volume washing IBC's and Totes. Rotajet IBC wash stations are modular and additional IBC rinsing, IBC drying and IBC leak testing stations can be added. The IBC's are wash using electric or fluid driven nozzles, these rotate 360 degrees in both x and y axis, this ensures the IBC's are cleaned. In addition to single stage IBC washers, Rotajet also manufacture fully automated IBC washing machines. The Rotajet IBC washing machines are used throughout industry for cleaning inks, paints, oils, food stuffs etc...The IBC washers can be manufactured to wash with either water based detergents or Atex IBC washers used for washing with flammable solvents.

#rotajetsystems Many IBC`s are cleaned to avoid cross contamination from one product to another prior to refilling, or periodically cleaned to allow for periodic testing and inspection. IBC`s which can no longer be used are also cleaned prior to safe disposal
