watch a movie like "the wrestler" & you'll see that putting your body on the line for the sake of entertainment (like stuntment, professional athletes, or even gymnasts) puts wear & tear on everything. things like drinking milk (you're joking, right) and taking vitamins won't help. i have friends that were professional ballerinas, football players (49ers & oakland raiders) who were EXTREMELY healthy with no smoking, little to no drinking and exercising. they all have various ailments.
i miss breakdancing... broke my wrist doing a thomas flare back in the 80s... nothing like today's style (which is why i only house dance now)... but all these guys doing extreme power moves will feel the consequences years from now. most of my joints have arthritis and major back & neck pains sometimes takes days to go away. just like models and their looks... it only lasts for so long. great until then though...
Just wondering, does anybody feel like bboying is like leveling up in a videogame? You grind out the moves for weeks, and then the next day you got it. You know what I mean? Stuff just comes to you unexpectedly.
