Hace una semana que regrese del hotel bella vista,el hotel esta bien pero deja mucho que desear las habitaciones les falta restaurarlas y falta de limpieza,la comida le falta mas variedad de verduras y frutas,solo ay muchos pastelitos pasta pasta pasta,carne y pescado a la plancha que la verdad es lo único que esta bueno y solo te dan dos trocitos pequeños y si pides mas te ponen mala cara y te la dan a disgusto,los trabajadores todos encantadores,yo lo siento pero no ire mas a ese hotel

This hotel is like 2 stars probably was good in 2021 but now is bad, you will be surprised how bad food could be in the hotel Actually, a choice between all kinds of potato, pasta, and rice. In the restaurant is more than 300 people and lack of staff so if you want to slice of meat then you need to wait 15-20 min in a hot kitchen Constantly missing tables, plates, forks etc. Once you complete everything your food will is cold I have asked a lady in the restaurant for 5 slices of ham nice lady cut ham and give me on the plate by hand without gloves You will get in snack bar something reminds food like a cheeseburger or hot dog but waiting time is more than 30 min 3 restaurants (Cuban , Italian , Japanese ), need to book it but a problem with this as well You won’t get a room with sea view even if they are available as they are more expensive Free Wi-Fi disconnecting every 10 min Another big issue is elevators in 11 nights staying in the hotel it was 4 times out of service sometimes all of them in a one-time building got eleven floors.Magnetic cards for doors we replaced twice Cleanness is not the best especially in the restaurant Another issue this hotel is extremely overloaded 80% of people in this hotel are Cuban or other Spanish speaking you will notice they are a little bit better served Local people with JBL speakers everywhere loud Cuban music hard to find a peaceful place NOT SO ALL-INCLUSIVE: Not all restaurants are open Ranchon playa beach restaurant - closed permanently during my stay Star café - - closed permanently during my stay Prestige access - no one told me I won’t get full access to all hotel area No access to the left swimming pool No access to the roof bar No access to top-roof restaurant I know people complain about rooms but our was ok big clean room with good air conditioning BUT! You will find a fridge inside the room and inside 2 empty glasses only and 2 bottles of water glass bottles with information “ if you broke a bottle of glass you will be charged 25$ ‘ so sweet .Why then not supply plastic bottles? TUI advice to take bottle of water from the lobby if you going outside it’s for free - no it’s not- they will send you to the store you need to pay Store in this hotel is the most ridiculous thing On door information mask and 2 people only but those scared ladies will kick you out even if you are the second person (floor below over 300 people in the restaurant) Another thing worth mentioning is checking in check out time. From my experience, all hotels in Caribbean don’t have something like a check in time as they know most guests had already long flight, not this one (check-in 12 o’clock) maybe because most local Cubans in hotel, so if your flight is evening time add a few hours on the airport for 8,5h fight to the UK According to that what I saw on the counter Hotel Prices and what I hear from local Cuban this hotel cost 7000 Pesos per night it's £7, dear @TUI why then my trip cost over £1500 ? Can you at least adjust the price to the quality and check your hotels on offer to see if they are fully open and provide the services they are selling I’ve been in 2 hotels in Cuba before both 4 stars, one in Cayo Coco and the second in Holguin both way better than this one Day entertainment exists but everyday same or similar Night entertainment is very poor and not every day Beach is beautiful but this is a review for the hotel not the beach any way you will find the same nice beaches in places mentioned above Not enough umbrellas on the beach, guards are nice and they will help you find a spot but unfortunately, there is 4 sun beds under one umbrella Good thing is that kayaks, water bikes and catamarans are free This is my experience I don know how this hotel has 4* on trip advisor unfortunately I also suggested it It’s hard to find positive in this hotel Sorry for the long review but if you want to use TUI and go to this hotel it’s worth reading before you spend a penny
