IBEX-35 Backpack | The Perfect Blend of Style and Functionality 

Well….well well well! You’ve ruined me! I can’t watch other pack reviews! And I certainly don’t see Vanquest getting the love they DESERVE from other reviewers. You style is immaculate. I’m gushing a bit but you are doing a great job brother and I appreciate the effort. I really have fallen for Vanquest’s design and attention to detail. How you managed to get me there without my ever having used a single piece of their gear is beyond me. But it stands. I have settled on trying the Ibex 35 as a replacement for my Vulture 2 from they who must not be named. It was a good pack that served me well for just over 12 years. But I has too many limitations and quite frankly the Ibex 35 looks to cover the areas I felt needed addressing. Once again i thank you most heartily my brother for another amazing review. I look forward to catching up with your other videos for information purposes as well as for research into gear I might be interested in upgrading to. Also look forward to anything that you plan to put forward in the future I hope that is a lot and I hope it is near. Be well friend, Craig

Love these bags! It may seem trivial, but I love the high visibility orange on the inside of Vanquest bags and pouches - looks great to me!

hmm that's a nice pack for sure. I was thinking they should have added load lifters, but taking a closer look seems like they added that too. Nice hip belt with webbing and shoulder straps that adjust to torso length, all features on modern hiking pack. Nice to see all these features on a military grade pack. Should carry well when hiking

Thanks for the vid. I saw a couple on the smaller pack, but I really wanted to see thelarger. How does the shoulder straps adjust? Is it like moving the strap up and down a molle ladder? Is it secure?

Been very excited for the first review since I saw this at shotshow.

How do you pack your clothing/undergarments? Most videos are usually with "pouches or small packs" on the inside of the bag. Also, where would you place papers, maps or small books for purpose of travel?

Is it water ressistant?

Great review but not a "gray man" bag by any stretch of the imagination---especially in coyote tan:-) Low key it's not. Lot's of people would be checking out that cool bag if you were walking around an "urban" environment with that strapped to your back. But, with all of the SHTF stuff aside this bag is still on my short-list of bags to buy. It looks much better constructed than others on the market. The day to day usability looks fantastic. It looks like a lot of thought went into the design and construction. As an outdoor sporting bag it looks like a sure-fit.

Just not worth $300 IMHO. Eberlestock x2 is a similar pack and a few dollars less, and better made IMHO. What is your experience with the Eberlestock and Mystery Ranch brands?
