IBM 4030-1 

I later ended up adjusting the horn and it is now MUCH, much, louder.
I think I mixed up the description - the smaller horn is likely made by federal signal - and the IBM I believe is a version of an earlier faraday / schwarze design. I said model 2 in the video originally, but those are the louder, larger coil, design, this design maybe is the model 1??
