I agree 100%. I initially started doing this at the end of 2015 when I started taking nofap seriously. The idea was that if I stop focusing on women, then my lustful thoughts would diminish allowing me to focus on more important things like making money and finishing college. Over time, I started back associating with women and realized that women would be friendly and pleasant only because they wanted my energy and not necessarily because they wanted to have sex. I then started to value my energy to the point that I would ignore women even in class and at work, and it got me even more attention because most men are chomping at the bit to get any attention from females including nonsexual attention. Presently, I usually only speak to women first during a business transaction, if she has previously spoken to me first, or if I'm not sexually attracted to her but don't want to give the impression that I'm stuck up or disinterested in women. My quality of life has overall increased because I no longer feel obligated to carry a conversation or to approach women. Good video.

I must say this with all honesty! I didn't grow up with a father but in a home with four women with their version of how men should treat women. After hearing this show I really wish I had a father who could've shared this knowledge with me early on. I would have avoided a lot of mistakes and bad choices.

I use to wonder why so many women flock to all black male fora or social media or almost outnumbered black men at the first all black male gathering we held in London. Men don't do that shit.
