I have worked in Training institute for 3 years as an Networking and hardware trainer where i teach undergraduate students for CCNA & CCNP Courses and made many projects in packet tracer of very good level .plus i also provide technical support and manage 47 systems in the office. Problem is that institute was comes under an unorganised sector and did not provide any experience certificate but i do have very in-depth knowledge about networking . Please ma’am suggest me whether they consider me or they are looking for a programmer? Please Ma’am do reply as this is my dream job

I've worked in 2 companies (Non IT) for 3 n 7 months respectively but i didn't get any experience or relieving letter from them.. Should I mention it in bio data/interview or just hide it? And if I hide it then it'll be really difficult for me to justify the gap after my graduation As it's already been 2 years since I'm preparing for govt. Exams... Plz suggest the best solution for it
Hello Vinayak! I would suggest you to be very honest and transparent with the panel. Your experience is definitely valuable to the organisation that you join. In my opinion, you should include it and if required, you can submit salary slip at the time of verification or the account statement in which your salary used to get credited. If you are not having any of the required documents then you can call on the office number and enquire what should be done in such scenarios. All the very best!

please help me I have done My MBA with dual specialisation and for that i have taken letter head from the college mentioning my both specialisation having equal weighatge in both and they signed on it at the time of taking the certificate i asked them to put stamp on it but they said its a letter head you cant have it stamped 😭 so what should i do now Will i be barred from the interview or will they allow me to give the interview
Hello Vikas! Don’t worry you please prepare well for interview. If you are unable to produce any documents you’ll get some time to submit it and you won’t be barred from appearing in interview. There are various sections in Bank IT Department. Some involve coding and some doesn't. You can be posted in any of these sections depending upon the Bank's requirement. Stating this as a reason may be a negative point for you Arundhati. Anyways you will enjoy the work. All the best Arundhati.

Hi Mohan, location is Mumbai for 90% of the IT officers. However, after serving for certain years, you may request for transfer to any regional office of the Bank as well. Job profile is diverse, there are so many departments in the Bank ranging from scripting to networking, IT security, Data centre and a lot more. You will be working in various departments throughout your career. All the best.
