Give Russia a space to put up their military there. This is to improve the security in that area. Let Russia dominates Africa since the western countries have proven to be thieves instead of friends. Surely it is the desire Russia, one of superpower, to have their base in this world. Certainly Russia will not be stupid to behave like the western countries for a period of time.
