1. First point - More than 90% of Burkina Faso people are farmers so we have prioritise agriculture for Burkina Faso people. 2. His second point is the emphasis on external influences to his people making some of his people revolt against him in support of the imperialist. 3. He has a broader plan but he does not want to give details because of possible act to sabotage his plan - double the military capacity of Burkina Faso. He is planning to recruit and equip Burkina Faso military because they have a lot of enemies. In conclusion Burkina Faso is a fragile country whose development has been thwarted by 9 coups since 1966. It appears to have a leader but the focus on building military and ignoring institutions of democracy or institutions of commerce is worrying. The lack of a long term vision that can work without the might leader is puzzling. To make a country succeed is technical endeavour requiring technical people with technical solution. Burkina Faso still needs to develop ingredients that will make it successful in 2050.
