My conclusion is 1. Either the Union underestimated how much money was needed. 2. Did a poor job investing. 3. Stole the money. As a 33-year employee, I am thankful the plan is back on track. As a tax-paying citizen, I would be agitated knowing my tax money went to bail out a mismanaged fund.
