What is the ECC?

TRAINING SESSION? It's a Very Simple transceiver to operate & I would not see why anyone would need a Training Session? It's a pretty Common Sense operation if anyone can read the buttons & knobs it's NOT Brain Surgery.I find all of the ICOM base transceivers as being very simple & few features would require use of the owners manual. Now their mobile radios are a much different story.
