They're prolly richer than some groups promoting in Korea, though. Some Korean celebrities have mentioned that what they get paid in Japan is much much higher than in Korea. And to think that this group is ranking so well in Japan and with a large fanbase.
There are way too many music artists in South Korea that sing really well or can dance amazingly, so it comes down to personality, looks and pure talent. Basically, it's the whole package. When I played sports, my teacher said: "On the field everyone is wearing a uniform, but it's all about who's inside that uniform. Besides that, we're all doing the same."
Well, since I listen to JPop way much more than KPop, I'm really surprised wtf they are doing in these show 😂 CODE V are really famous in Japan and they have huge fanbase in Japan, and also all over the world. Except in korea, it seemed 😅😅😅
if they really famous all over the world ... so why we don't know them? i can't see them on billboard chart.... because if they really famous all over the world... they can hit the billboard or being nominee .. i can't see if they on western news or U.S. radio in USA..etc.. I think they only famous in japan not all over the world ... im not hater ... im just sayin my opinion...
OMG! I KNOW THEM!!!!! They were introduced to me by my friend. And my friend said that they are a japanese group. That proves that they really are more popular in japan that in korea.
Formerly This group started of as "Blessed" in South Korea, but went to Japan due to a issue with a former member and renamed and regrouped as Code V. If you listen the full version of this song. Intro has the words "Blessed is back" as a throwback
I know Code V since their debut but some time i lost track on them and wondered where they were ;;; im happy to see them on here ahhhh . They are so talented 💗
I still remember when I got into kpop and I discovered Code-V. I just fell in love with their song "Addiction". But when they stopped promoting in Korea, I kinda thought they got disbanded. I'm soooo happy they are famous in Japan because they so much deserve it! So grateful youtube put this video in my suggestions!!! Code-V Fighting!!!
i remembered stanning them for a short while when they debuted in korea back then, and listening to this exact song again after years is so nostalgic and brings back so much memories 😭 i honestly thought they disbanded but i'm glad to see them successful in japan ❤️ hope they'll be as successful in their homeland someday
holy shitsies I temember them from the golden days of kpop,I had no idea they had been active in japan all this time, also man addiction is timeless, they released 8 years ago but it sounds like someone that could’ve been released today
Thank you for the subs. I've really liked Code-V ever since I saw them perform in ICSYV ep 12. I'm sad that they won't be coming to UK.. most likely ever. イギリスから応援しています。CODE-V 頑張ってー!
Thank you so much bro for subbing this as I can't understand both Korean n Japanese I could understand because of u So nice of u keep up the good work and I hope u grow well
Let them promote in Korea!! come on Code V fans from 2010 rise and come back to life!!.. this group is amazing!! Let's give these guys a 2nd Chance in Korea..
4:13 yet why have I never heard of them!@!!!!! Totally staning them now. They remind me of the sound that made me fall into the kpop realm in the beginning! On another note!, they did not succumb to the 7 year curse, they have been active for about 10 years!!!!!bless those Japanese souls for preserving them!
@@ilive4anime. he already left around 3years ago if im not mistaken.he got his gf pregnant.used her money till she cant go back to korea coz shes broke and her visa expired.he called japanese people ugly.threw fans gift.he was a rapper in the group.u can google about it.
I really miss them! I remember I repeated this song so many times when they released it years ago. I was like 12 years old then and now I'm 21 and they're 33 y/o. Time flies so fast ~
Loved this group's performance. The groups concert snips show how big they are...Its like Bigbang goes to another country and no one knows them. Sad part was they are korean yet their own people doesnt know how big they are and how they are taking korea's name so high in JPOP. I was looking up their songs. They are amazing. totally a fan now
I'm so sad that I discovered Code-V too late, after they had already disbanded even. So many talented bands and singers are not given a proper chance, I guess the competition is very harsh in Korea. These guys deserved to be more famous! At least in Japan they were it seems. Now I'm swooning so hard over the lead vocal.. fml :')
🙋🏻♀️. From. 🇺🇸. 👏👏 KangNam you are awesome 👍. I have seen and heard one of their videos , now after this I am certainly hunting for more of their music videos. My goodness he’s handsome, beautiful facial features 🥰
A lot of people are surprised to find out Code V is Korean. They started out as a K-Pop group before moving to Japan to pursue a career in J-Pop. Therefore, they are both K-Pop (with their old songs) and J-Pop (newer songs). Honestly, it was one of the best choices they made, seeing as they weren't that popular in Korea, I'm so happy my boys are famous in Japan. It's what they deserve.
I always go back to this every time.....this was the most shocking reveal and also the most sad one. The fact that they knew the group songs but didn't really know them yet these guys were so famous shows really how Korea was self centered at this time. I loooooove them. Always have
..... because I haven't been keeping up with their activities, I didn't even know that they decided to promote in Japan more. But I DEFINITELY REMEMBER YOU, Code-V! I would play this song on a constant loop; it's been 9 years since then and I still love this song! What I do know is they had some member changes? I don't recognise/ remember the members. ^^"
I used to follow them when theu first debut...they were really hardworking but their company was very small so their album promotion was kinda short in s.korea. the company that did their promotiom in japan was better in promotinh them but still...only in the local market. :') i am so happy to see them again...
What if I say you I know a korean idol that was active 11 years (2007-2018) as an idol in different groups but he's so underrated. And guess what? He left his last group because one of its member got famous in TV show and his entertainment did not put him in the comeback because they wanted that member to be the group's leader. Check out "bigflo Jungkyun" so you can see his videos that shows his talent specially his cover of "will pass by" and "someday" songs.
The age difference is killing me because it means they can trat eachother as well even though 3 of them are 11 years older than their maknae(baby). It's so interesting!
