The new stonebrick is a nice middle tier between stone and concrete. The color is not too exciting but setting in some carpets and lights indoors will make it look ok. Man cant wait for new types of pieces.

I think it's always nice to get a new different look to building pieces for those who like building aesthetics. Totally agree that 1) clay should be present on all maps and 2) coming out with at least one version of RED bricks would be spar. Realistically, they could have a tier one straw/mud sun-dried brick that was grey-ish, and bricks should not be usable for roofing, just walls and floors. Then have higher tiers of kiln-fired bricks that use clays with scoria being a special type of clay that has high fire resistance etc. Not sure where they got the idea for stone bricks.... As always, appreciate you going through the update! Eagerly awaiting new frontiers to explore and new missions to take on with my friends. Cheers! JW

The New Building Pieces look awesome

I like it. Since you can now mine Stone from Deep Vein it wont be as great a cost/effort. I'll use it.

I am quite new to Icarus and absolutely love the game. The bricks look awesome but maybe give us some color options. Or to change color with paints? Is there any news on fixing the pets pathfinding and disappearances? We recently bought the Pets bundle, got a horse and tamed a Terannus. When we got back to base the horse was gone and the Terannus was stuck underground.

Does it have better wind resistance? Stone says up to tier 5 storms but bathing on the Stone Brick

I might use them, but they're really expensive. 300 Stone =100 Brick = 2.5 Stone Brick Walls? WoW! It's cheaper to build Concrete at that rate!

I wish you could have building pieces without the wood support attached.

It makes no sense that clay cant be found on other maps. Its just them being anal. The new pieces are much nicer looking the the stone. But the cost is insane. stone wall 20 stone, concrete wall 32 stone , stone brick 40 stone. it should be 28ish. I love that all of a sudden our crops are aware of their climate. 🤦

Couldn’t they add Paint into the mix of making bricks? Red brick, green brick, etc. ?
