GERMANY IS MESSED UP

Technically any police department can arrest him and then transfer him to the ICC custody. Any warrants are arrestable by any police department. This means if I was a cop here in the US and I saw Netanyahu, I could arrest him and transfer him to the ICC. This would be a lawful arrest. The US, Germany and England need to lead.

I think in large part that they don't want to risk any cascading effect where their leaders are held responsible for aiding and abetting war criminals. Having traded military equipment (Germany's defence at the ICJ) or supplied weaponry that has clearly been used on majority civilian targets, there is some chance that an _impartial_ ICC would issue arrest warrants for their leaders in the future (including in future conflicts), and they don't want to risk the effects of that on their diplomatic standing. But I don't see why the ICC should care what the US thinks; it's not even a signatory to its legislation, and has arrange with about 100 countries not to arrest each other's citizens for trial at the ICC.

As a US citizen, there undeniably needs to be arrest warrants put out for those who aided and abetted too, which would mean Blinken and Biden. This obstruction of justice should result in more arrest warrants and/or ending of trade with the countries by member countries of the ICC.
