DB ICE 3/ VELARO D407 in Frankfurt am Main Hbf departs from platform 21 to Amsterdam Centraal with a delay 5 minutes.
Because of construction works on the tracks in Hbf area caused many trains to have a delay up to 1 hour. This situation causes the station to be overloaded with trains, where trains had to wait for their platform to be released.
