As a kid I always failed at the big gigantic spider part because 1. I was afraid of spiders and 2. My brain was way to stupid to understand how to beat this boss. Even my dad didn’t know what to do so I always played the game thinking this was the end. 6 years later I played the game again and luckily I finally beat the boss and in my whole life nothing gave me so much joy.

Just replayed this game myself. So much nostalgia. Also it's so weird, like, in my memories the game seemed WAY longer and harder so I got quite surprised to realize it actually wasn't. When I finished and saw the credits I was like "wait, what?! Is that all?!" and couldn't help but shed a tear :')

I ADORED this game. Man, i wish they made games with the same types of good vibes nowadays 😔scrats nutty adventure just isn't as good as this game. I really hate how people say movie games are automatically bad, without even touching the game whatsoever. I find that unfair. Now i have nothing against original games, not at all. But, there just aren't many games nowadays with the charming sound effects, wacky but unique level design, and very very fun to explore maps. Now you may think MARIO ODDYSSEY!! which, i love that game, but it just doesn't give the.. the vibes, you know what i mean? you will see what i mean, i will put time stamps of the best parts of the game. 30:06 53:13 1:00:53 1:05:12 1:09:26 1:15:39 1:21:29 1:30:18 1:33:50 1:40:39 1:48:48 2:37:30 2:43:30 the listed examples are, what are, in my opinion, the best parts of the game.

A wave of nostalgia just washed over me rn I remember the days after school my pop and I would turn on the Wii and play this for hours, even when we both got frustrated with it. Late 2006 to early 2007. As movie tie-in games go, I thought this was pretty good. To me it's still kinda fun, if a bit tedious at times. One gripe I have is why did the devs decide that some enemies would die once defeated, while others simply get knocked out? Sure, you could say it's because most of the enemies are larger; but what about the dung beetles? They're the same height as scrat if not slightly taller and they just get knocked out. My theory is that they had to rush to get the game out asap, probably around the same time the movie was about to hit theaters. Maybe this game was developed alongside the early production years of Ice Age 2; they came out on the same month with only a few weeks apart from one another. Which is probably why the images show at the end, look more like concept art. Perhaps the enemies are creatures that were gonna be showcased in the movie, but were never finalized. So they were added to the game instead. Though, I'm probably wrong. Still, nice game play though and thank you for bringing back some good childhood memories. Have a good day/night

Randomly got a flashback of something jumping on water lillys and jumping from tree to tree,took me a while to connect the dots and figure it out,it was indeed a scrat from ice age😅. Aaaa sure brings back memories. I throughtly enyojed this game,as well as barnyard,spryo,crash.....thoose were the times!

If you have a pretty good PC, you can just download a PS2 emulator - PCSX2 - then find the game's .iso file and launch it through the emulator. The rest to do is to enjoy the captivating flow of nostaltia! :)

I played this game when I was little. The only problem was that our computer couldn’t handle the graphics or whatever properly, so alot of the ground and other stuff was completely invisible alot of the time. Sooo I dont think I ever actually finished the whole game because it was pretty goddamn hard since I often couldn’t see what I was doing

Dude, that game was amazing! I remember having found a GameCube with this game and a few more at a garage sale. At first, I didn't expect much greatness from this game based on a kids' animation movie, but I was proven wrong. Then I started loving the game's simple mechanics, sound effects and music. I wish I could go back to it.

These saber-toothed wolves 15:57 with stripes and blue coloring were in the first film "Ice Age" in 2002, only those were gray and were kept by people as their domesticated dogs. This means that their models were transferred to the game and changed a little.

IKR I hated those red vipers in the swamp levels. Spitting balls of venom at me. Same goes with the blue monkeys and even the vultures at times. I also think the dev team must've really liked wild boars; cause they're nearly everywhere.

I had THE HARDEST time with the Sid Slide and the Penguin bowling, as well as the sea monster fight and the memorization game with the pig things. I think they made it a bit to hard for kids, but it was fun nontheless.
