ice caves and pancakes- another couple days in the van this winter! (Northern Michigan)

Continuing my mini winter roadtrip with the van, I explored some ice caves, made some pancakes on the side of the road, and overall just enjoyed my time in northern Michigan! I have been challenging myself to see if I can live the vanlife, in the cold, and in my homestate on a budget!

I was cleaning out my piercing with saline! I only got it a few months ago so I have to keep it super clean until it heals fully :)

Omg!! YES with my doors!! My side slider doors never unlock with the key fob. Its so annoying! But luckily no transmission issues

One more thing, we also used to do the food coloring as kids 😂 we have all turned out okay and it was just another special occasion thing. The green panicakes brought back memories 😊 TY ❤

How do you like Marquette? I’ve never been, but anytime I’m looking for land in MI, I tend to gravitate towards that area.

It's definitely the place to be in the upper peninsula!! I didn't do too much in this video but the town is super fun, yummy restaurants, cool people! Plus lots of beauty all around. I love it there in the summer especially!

The auto turn off heating pads are safer. I usually keep the controller close by.
