Míša is a type of popsicle made from cottage cheese, cream and sugar, which is wrapped in chocolate icing. Its production began in 1962 at the Laktos factory in Vysočany, Prague. However, it was then established in the Zdounky production plant.
In this video, you'll see a homemade production of this cheese-cream cream, according to a recipe from 1980.
