Here's the most unique way of making an Ice Cream on a hand roller. Making process is very interesting and ice cream is made from fresh fruits. #streetfood #indianstreetfood
Hands which r washed frequently (as in case of india where Indian ppl wash hands all time, several times during preparation of food, everytime before eating, after eating, after using washroom, etc) are way more hygienic & harbor far lesser germs than that on prolonged/hours of unchanged gloves of plastic, rubber, leather or such; that on spoons or such utensils.
@@gameofthronesscenes Food is never sterile. Your stomach is designed for that. So nothing will multiply unless you've gotten huge amounts of them or a stomach acid resistent form like spores.
My personal experience, it looks very good but taste like every thing mixed, not that great, takes lot of time to make and finishes in just 2 3 spoons, cos it is 8cream shaving not dense ice cream. Just looks fancy and ofcourse have lot of hard work behind it.
I was wondering that. Seems a bit too much fruit mix. They could've done it in part of maybe 4 on 1 drum. But I think most of all it's kind of a shame that they use so much fresh fruit but also used syrup, not once but twice. Fruit flavoured syrups tend to be much stronger in small and flavour than fresh juice, I am guessing that syrup is going to be overpowering the natural fruits.
In India many things are labor intensive. As there’s so much creativity love and pride put into making each small thing. It keeps a population employed in a very artful way and gives people a sense of purpose. There’s less of the feeling of work being a ‘grind’ like it is in the west and people pride themselves on putting detailed labour into things. Amazing land amazing people
@@soulsparkadventures So creative. They could just pre-freeze a bunch of fruits and juices and grind them up. We in the west call that a shaved ice machine, and it takes like 15 seconds.
Get out of your first world bubble, welcome to real world, you have no idea what workers do with your food in restaurants, if I was you I wouldn't eat outside 😉
@@al-pg4zv real world ?! You mean disgusting world . And for God's sake what's with the first world bubble part ? It has nothing to do with first world or not. If it's dirty it's dirty ,but you do you .just don't be disrespectful.
Stf-up, them street vendors r the one who prepare everything using fresh ingredients in front of ur eyes & exibhit their freshly prepared food. Employees at Big Food chains like MC Donald's & such also don't wear gloves anywhere in world too but they claim it's sanitary as their employees r required to wash hands atleast once an hour as Prolonged use of same Gloves w/o frequently changing every 3-4hrs can harbor alot more germs than their clean fingertips or bare hands. So, Y'all should stop this hypocrisy & criticism of street vendors in India as Unlike Western vendors or ppl..It's already habitual of even common ppl in india to wash hands frequently, specially our food processing ways naturally make us wash & clean hands several times to move into preparing other part/step of a meal.
That’s so awesome. I remember there was a toy like this as a kid. It was similar to the easy bake oven but similar to this. It was miniature n you had to sit there and spin it for a long time while waiting for the ice cream to stick. Only difference here is the toy had a bin under in where liquid ice cream was so it would constantly spin over the bin. And you had to fill the cylinder with ice cubes water and salt.
Lol, I understand what your saying! Sad that this became more clean than most of our foods! Lol, I was surprised when people made the choice to be all silly and make people feel the need to prove they can move past cleanliness to be apart of thier gross standards! Really creepy! It won't hurt anyone to wash your hands or wear clean gloves like that!🎉 He could have a set instead of one glove! Who knows
They make some good recipes and come up with good ideas, but their hygiene🤢 sucks TREMENDOUSLY and so that food would stay right where it is. NO GLOVE, NO LOVE lol

Don't be blinded by Westerners nautanki, There's nothing unhygienic, One should know fact that Hands which r washed frequently (as in case of india where Indian ppl wash hands all time, several times during preparation of food, before eating, after eating, after using washroom, etc) are way more hygienic & harbor far lesser germs than that on prolonged/hours of unchanged gloves of plastic, rubber, leather or such; that on spoons or such utensils. MC Donald's employees all across world don't use gloves but claim it's sanitary by saying, "our employees are required to wash their hands at least once an hour. Gloves, on the other hand, can harbor a lot more bacteria than our clean fingertips". So, Foreigners & indians like u should stop being hypocrite towards Indian Street vendors.
Everyone should wear gloves if making food for strangers. No excuses..... Wow,realy cool old school ice cream. This is similar to icecream making 300yrs ago in eastern US.
This guy might as well be not wearing gloves. If you touch every object around you with the glove and then touch the food, there is no hygiene from the glove.

This guy is making money. He's really going places. Does special events like weddings. Why did i ever go to school and get a BSN when i could be doing this.

It's nothing new type, These colourful shaved roller ice-cream which is also called rollercoaster ice-cream in india is being sold here in india since ages, I remember having it whenever used to go at fun fair that organized for span of a month or two each year in city.
That was Condensed milk or Khoya milk aka Malai Kulfi in liqid state. Eggs r considered non-veg, thus not used indirectly in preparation of food stuff that's publicly sold.
If you wanna make something like this yourself, just toss some frozen banana's and other fruits into a blender with a bit of orange juice and grenadine syrup. Then blend it till its mushy like soft serve or a bit longer with some milk for ice cream.
@@londontrada it mostly tastes like 1-2 of the strongest tasting fruit in the mix and the rest is drowned out. But the vitamins gotta hit good if it's fresh
Ice cream is the perfect buffer, because you can do things in a somewhat lighthearted way. I think when you combine caring, and eating wonderful food, it's a very powerful combination. Love from Korea🇰🇷💕
