How can ice cream and s’mores be an s tier dessert but rocky road ice cream isn’t when it’s a combination of the two. I also think it’s a tier above chocolate regardless considering that rocky road is just chocolate with other toppings.

My top flavors on this list would literally be pistachio, coffee, and matcha followed by butter pecan and rum raisin. Can't argue with cookie dough or birthday cake.

Neapolitan lost my respect. The taste is decent but pick a damn lane
